Cancellation & Refund Policy:• Deposits are non-refundable once payment is processed• Full payments are non-refundable after May 9th, 2026• Cancellations before May 9th: Full payment guests receive refund minus $51 cancellation fee• Trip Cancellation by Organizer: Full refunds will be issued if we cancel due to weather, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control• No-shows: No refunds for guests who don't show up on trip day• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via text or email
